* Orders requiring customized services (such as racket stringing or bat knocking ) may require an additional 1 to 2 business days for processing before dispatch.
* Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Delivery Timeframes
* Delivery timelines vary depending on your geographical location and courier service availability.
* Typically, once dispatched, orders arrive at your doorstep within 3 to 7 business days. Deliveries to remote or restricted pin codes may take up to 10 business days.
* Note: Unforeseen delays caused by severe weather or courier network issues are beyond our control, but we will assist you in tracking your package.

3. Shipping Charges
* Standard shipping charges are calculated and applied at checkout based on the weight of your sports goods and the delivery destination.
* Currently, we do not process international shipments through our website.
